Market failure query

Use this tool to see why pallet(s) are not suitable for a market.

• Enter the pallet(s) in Store item codes, entering 1 pallet per line.
• Select a Market
• Press Query Database
• This will list requirments that have not been met.

Change store items

Use this tool to bulk change field values of pallets/bins, eg changing contract, customer suitability, storage type, pallet type, etc.

• Enter/scan pallets or bins
• Select the fields to values you would like to change to, ie contract, storage type, customer suitability, etc

Edit store items declarations

Use this tool to bulk update declarations for bins or pallets.

• Enter/scan pallets or bins
• Alter the Market declarations. For more detail, see Market declarations overview.
• Enter a detailed reason for the changes

Merge runs

Use this tool to combine information for Run reports only. This does not effect Market declarations and other compliance data.

Write off store items

You can write off a store item from the store item search screen. Use this tool to write off multiple store items. You must have the "Store item - Write items off" permission to do this.

Note

Each of these tools has separate user permission so individual tools can be given to specific roles.
