Store item
This screen shows details of a pallet/bin, including suitable markets, relevant declarations, product lines, cartons, transactions, declaration history, packaging components, etc. From here, you can click through to find more information about the loadout or product on the pallet.
You can get to this screen by typing the store item code (or part of) into the Search
box, or from various screens that list pallets/bins, clicking on these will take you to this screen.
Extra functionality available on this screen is in the Actions menu:
Check market
- the store item screen will show you what markets the bin/pallet is eligible for but if you want to know why it is not eligible for a certain market, use this function. The "Tools - Store item Market query" permission is required. This permission also gives you this functionality inTOOLS
where you can query for multiple store items.Edit declarations
- allows the user to change pallet/bin declarations for this store item. The user will require appropriate declaration permissions.Set as temporary pallet
- set the store item as "temporary" so it can be repalletised. This is the same functionality as theScanner
. The "Store item - Set pallet temporary" permission is required.Recreate pallet
- allows you to reprint a pallet card, with the ability to change the pallet type. A new pallet number will be given (cartons will be moved to this new store item code) and the pallet card will print. The "Store item - Recreate pallet" permission is required.Write off
- allows the user to "delete" the pallet/bin, doesn't actually delete the pallet, just changes the quantity to 0. NB - this impacts grower run reports, this product is essentially deleted from the run reports unless the cartons on this pallet are repalletised. The "Store item - Write items off" permission is required.Move to another run
- only relevant to Process bins. Allows the bin to be moved to a different run. The "Store item - Move process bin to another run" permission is required.Move 3rd-party units
- only relevant to pallets that have 3rd party cartons on them. Allows the pallet to be repalletised. The "Store item - Move 3rd party units" permission is required.Locate item
- allows the store item to be moved to a different location (you will be prompted for a Location and Row).Set expiry date
- allows you to change the expiry date of the store item. The "Store item - change expiry date" permission is required.Packing plan test
- only relevant to bins that haven't been packed yet. Displays the reasons why a bin can't be put into aPACKING -> Plan

- displays reasons why the store item isn't eligible for aSTORAGE -> Loadouts
