Tags
Tags are an easy way to record additional information about a record without having to get custom fields added to the system. Can be used to raise additional charges when invoicing, for filtering records, or just for reporting purposes.
Tags are currently available on the following records/screens.
SETUP -> Vendors
SETUP -> Locations
STORAGE -> Bin submissions
STORAGE -> Loadouts -> Loads
PACKING -> Runs
PACKING -> Plans
The Tags
field is available from the above screen's list (usually as a hidden column by default, just add it using the column chooser). You can add the column then filter records based on these tags.
Tags
can be maintained by the parent form's Setup menu -> Tags
Description
- the description of the tag.Active?
- untick if no longer used which will hide in lookup lists.
Note
You require the "Setup - Tags" permission to maintain these tags (plus the permission to the screen they are being put on, eg vendors, locations, etc).
