Daily load plan

STORAGE -> Daily load plan

Used to plan loads for drivers. Drivers have their own page where they can see what is scheduled and can update the status of the loads. The information on this screen is used in STORAGE -> Planner.

The page shows unplanned loads and allows you to assign them to drivers. The date defaults to today but can be changed by pressing Change date. At the beginning of a new day, you have the option to Copy from yesterday which copies the driver information.

Setup drivers

Press the Edit drivers button. Here you can add a new driver or edit the information for a driver already setup.

• Driver - driver name.
• Average load duration (mins) - used to estimate load times.
• Start time - time the driver starts work.

Unplanned loads

This shows loads that haven't been assigned to a driver yet.

Assigning loads to drivers

Select the driver at the top of the screen. This will display any loads already assigned to them. Assign loads to a driver by pressing the Add to [driver] button. The order of loads can be changed by using the arrow buttons. Removing a load will add it back to the unplanned loads.
