Pallet types

SETUP -> Pallet types

Defines a pallet and its construction (eg stacking height).

Pallet types can be imported from master data using the Add from MD button at the top of this page.

• Description
• Alias(es) - when EDI files have different values to your Code, enter other codes here.
• Packaging - select the related packaging component for tracking inventory. This takes precedence over any Default usage information entered on SETUP -> Packaging
• Tare (kgs) - weight of the empty pallet.
• Bin? - tick if this pallet type is a bin (or stack of bins).
• Active? - untick if no longer used which will hide in lookup lists.
