Declaration permissions

SETUP -> QC permissions or QUALITY -> QC Lots -> Setup menu -> Declaration permissions

Allows permissions to be setup for declarations based on user roles, eg setup permissions for PNZI regulatory market requirements.

• Role - user role (setup in Setup -> Users)

• Set/Group/Requirement - this is the level of hierarchy of the declarations:

  • Set - top level, the name of the set of declarations.
  • Group - second level, the group within the set.
  • Requirement - lowest level, the individual requirement (tick box).

  Select the level, this will change the next field to be either Set, Group or Requirement.
  Select the relevant set/group/requirement that you want to control permissions for.

• Declare? - do you want this role to have the ability to declare requirements?

• Revoke? - do you want this role to have the ability to revoke requirements?
