    Items on hold

    QUALITY -> Items on hold

    Placing store items (bins or pallets) on hold prevents them from further processing. Unpacked bins are blocked from tipping against a run and all items on hold are blocked from loading out.

    The hold list only shows holds that have items attached or were added in the past 24 hours. To see older holds tick Show old holds.

    Items from entire PACKING -> Runs and QUALITY -> QC Lots can be put on hold, or scan/enter a list of store items here.

    Adding a new hold

    Reason - description for why the product is on hold. It may also be worth noting who to contact for more information about the hold.

    Once the reason has been saved, you can add items to the hold using the Hold item(s) button. Enter as many bin or pallet codes as you need - one on each line. This method is used so you can paste in a list of codes from Excel if required. Alternatively, you can use handheld scanners to add bins/pallets Scanner -> Add items on hold

    Releasing items from hold
