Maintain email and SMS alerts.

• Topic - select the type of alert.
• Email address(es) - only visible if the topic allows email alerts. Enter the email address(es) that want to receive these alerts. Press enter after each email address (otherwise they don't stay in the list).
• Mobile(s) - only visible if the topic allows SMS alerts. Enter the cell phone number(s) that want to receive these alerts. Press enter after each email address (otherwise they don't stay in the list).
• Comments - optional. Can use to enter the name of the person associated with the mobile number.
• Applies to - only visible if the topic has filter fields. These fields restrict the alerts to these values.
