MASTER DATA

The pages in this section provide a way to review the masterdata. It can be a useful resource to trace and resolve issues. Data is imported from various sources but can be configured in SETUP -> Tasks.

Most of this information is read only, but you can set some default fields in Markets.

Growers

This page lists growers from the NZ Apples & Pear orchard information file. Click through to view associated orchards and registrations.

Markets

This page lists the NZ Apple & Pear markets. Click through to view regulatory information and the list of related requirements.

The following fields can be edited in the Market regulatory information section

• Show on DOC
  • Phyto dates?
  • Production sites?
  • Packhouses?

These will be the default values for this market when you create a DOC in STORAGE -> Loadouts.

Market requirements

This page lists the NZ Apple & Pear market requirements. Click through to view the requirement details and list of related markets.

Materials

This page lists materials/products imported from trader masterdata files. SETUP -> Tasks are configured to import this data, so you can specify which traders data you want and how often this data is imported.

Adding materials

You can add materials for traders (vendors) that have been ticked as a "Customer" in the SETUP -> Vendors page. Note: you should not add materials for traders that publish their own list.

When adding materials you can select more that one value for each attribute. For example you may enter a range of sizes and this will generate a new material for each combination of the attributes you enter.

Orchards

This page lists orchard areas from the NZ Apples & Pear orchard information file. Click on the Grower field to link through to view associated orchards and registrations.

PCR

This page shows the PCR (Pest Control Record) clearances imported from the spray diary clearances agencies. Click through to see the earliest harvest dates for each market.
